Assisted a healthcare company in evaluating the ability of an HRMS to manage clinical competencies.  Assessed the functionality against the business requirements and use cases.

Culture Change Implementation

To promote culture change, collaborated with a cross-functional team to develop and implement employee-facing efforts to foster the culture, including culture launch activities, branding and collateral, a rewards and recognition program, enhancements to the annual engagement survey, alignment of HR practices, and expansion of training offerings.
