Client Solutions

Post-Merger and Acquisition Customer Migration

Led post-merger and acquisition integration program to migrate customers of the acquired company onto the client’s core platform.  Led twenty-four cross-functional team members through new product development, software development, phased client migrations, system consolidations, vendor contract negotiations/terminations, facility moves, and human capital decisions

Program Implementation for Key Accounts

Served as project manager to implement a health and wellness solution for the client’s key customer accounts. Coordinated efforts across 10+ functional teams, including data intake, application configuration, testing, call center operations, telephony setup, biometric screenings, and fulfillment.

Strategic Planning for Growth

Co-authored a five-year strategic plan for a technology company that outlined the company’s value proposition, product development approach, marketing and business development plan, and contingency options if certain key milestones were not obtained. Also created board-level messages to support the strategic plan and address potential roadblocks to board approval.

Program Management for HR Initiatives

Project manager for parallel human resources initiatives at a disease management company, including implementation of a more robust compensation structure, applicant tracking system, and high deductible health plan, as well as the necessary employee training and communication activities.  Established project plans, tracked progress, uncovered and addressed issues, ensured cross-team communications occurred, and facilitated weekly status meetings.

Post-Merger and Acquisition Financial System Consolidation

Responsible for the consolidation of four different financial systems associated with prior acquisitions. Managed multiple internal and external vendor resources through the clean-up and transition to a single general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, automated invoicing, time tracking, and asset management solution. Also assisted with outsourcing certain finance activities to increase efficiencies and cost savings.

Strategic Account Management with Product Development

Successfully managed the efforts to prevent the loss of the client’s premier customer. Retention efforts included implementing custom system enhancements to address product issues, conducting a successful international roll-out and training program, and managing customer expectations. Managed resources across the US, Canada, UK, Poland, India, and Hong Kong.

Operational Assessment for Scalability

Project manager for a company-wide operational assessment to identify inefficiencies, quality issues, scalability barriers, and business frustrations for a two-year-old technology start-up. Developed actionable recommendations to address these pain points and position the company for future growth.

Post-Merger and Acquisition Program Management

Led post-merger and acquisition integration for a publicly traded health care client following its purchase of another publicly traded solution provider. Responsible for managing multiple teams through the consolidation of financial, CRM, human resources, and other technical solutions.

Implementing A Program Management Office

Project manager for a large-scale Program Management Office redesign. Redesigned project intake and activation processes and controls, defined department roles and responsibilities, and designed and facilitated the launch of an executive management steering committee to align and prioritize projects with the company’s strategic objectives and growth plan. Also conducted a clean-up and re-prioritization of the existing project backlog.
